  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper Minced or left whole for heat
  • 1.5 cups Organic Heavy Cream Coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 2 cups Organic Chicken Stock/Broth Use vegetable stock for vegan
  • 2 Tbsp White Cooking Wine Optional, or more stock
  • 1 cup Freshly-Grated Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast for vegan

Preparation Steps

  3. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: Add garlic and bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Make Sauce: Stir in paprika and flour, then whisk in cream and broth. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Combine with Pasta: Add chicken and pasta to sauce, stirring until well-coated.
