Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth and creamy. Add in freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, whisking until well-blended.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped fresh dill and chives into your creamy dressing, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  3. Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. In a large bowl, add the thinly sliced cucumbers to the creamy herb dressing, and gently toss until fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning generously over the salad and toss once more to combine.
  6. Optional: Mix in thinly sliced red onions or radishes for extra crunch.
  7. Cover your salad and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
