Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer across the greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until the florets are tender and starting to brown.
  5. Carefully turn the cauliflower and sprinkle mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve immediately.
