Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the dredging station by mixing breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in beaten eggs thoroughly.
  4. Press each egg-coated chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture firmly.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken in the skillet and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
