- Allow the ham to rest covered at room temperature for 2 hours and preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a medium saucepan, combine apricot preserves, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and unsalted butter. Heat and whisk until it simmers.
- Line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place the ham cut-side down in the pan and brush one-third of the glaze over it. Cover with foil and bake.
- After the initial bake time, remove the ham, increase the oven temperature to 425°F, and brush another third of the glaze over the ham. Roast uncovered.
