Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (246°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and transfer it to a greased pizza pan.
- Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
- Shred the cooked chicken breast, mix it with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the dough and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over it.
- Top with BBQ chicken pieces and red onions, then add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a minute then garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
