  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded and coated in BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce your favorite variety
For the Cheese & Veggies
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 medium Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro for garnish
For the Finishing Touch
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing the crust

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (246°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and transfer it to a greased pizza pan.
  3. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken breast, mix it with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  5. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the dough and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over it.
  6. Top with BBQ chicken pieces and red onions, then add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a minute then garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
