  • 1 cup almond milk any milk variety optional

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole rolled oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. If using frozen blueberries, microwave them for 30 seconds, then mash with a fork to create a jammy texture.
  3. Spoon the oat mixture evenly into jars. Layer with mashed blueberries or mix in.
  4. Seal jars and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. In the morning, enjoy your oats straight from the jar or warm them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
