- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, poppy seeds, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Wash the chopped broccoli thoroughly under cold water and chop into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, fresh blueberries, dried blueberries, chopped cashews, chopped green onions, and lemon zest. Toss gently.
