- Wash and dry the mixed salad greens in a salad spinner.
- Hull and slice the strawberries, segment the orange, and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Thinly slice the red onion.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the salad greens, strawberries, orange segments, cucumbers, and red onions.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat.
- Before serving, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts or pecans over the top.
- Serve immediately in a wide, shallow bowl.
