Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken wings with oil, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. Flip the wings after 15 minutes and bake for another 15 minutes.
  5. Combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, and soy sauce in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Coat the baked wings with the thickened glaze in a large bowl.
  7. Return the glazed wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Broil the wings for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness, watching closely.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
