Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare your brownie batter according to your recipe, refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together ¾ cup of unsalted butter with ½ cup of granulated sugar and ¾ cup of brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in 2 large eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, then gradually stir in 2 cups of flour mixed with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough and flatten it, add a tablespoon of brownie batter, cover with another tablespoon of dough and shape into a ball.
  5. Arrange cookie dough balls on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden, but centers remain soft.
  6. Let cool for about 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
