  4. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked garlic to caramelized onions, cook for another minute. Then add drained pasta, tossing to combine.
  5. Adjust Consistency: Gradually add reserved pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency. Drizzle with chili oil and mix well.
