- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Steam fresh or frozen broccoli for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
- In a mixing bowl with the steamed broccoli, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper, then fold in the spinach.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
