Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Steam fresh or frozen broccoli for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl with the steamed broccoli, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper, then fold in the spinach.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
