Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until all ingredients meld together.
  2. Take two slices of garlic bread and spread the chicken filling over them. Place an additional slice of garlic bread on top of each filled slice to form sandwiches.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
  4. Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  5. Flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
