- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until all ingredients meld together.
- Take two slices of garlic bread and spread the chicken filling over them. Place an additional slice of garlic bread on top of each filled slice to form sandwiches.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil.
- Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool slightly on a cutting board. Cut each sandwich diagonally and serve warm.
