- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix until it forms a creamy filling.
- Take a flour tortilla and lay it flat. Spoon a generous portion of the creamy chicken mixture into the center. Layer fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom upwards. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the wraps from the skillet, let them cool slightly, and cut each wrap in half diagonally. Serve warm.
