Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix until it forms a creamy filling.
  2. Take a flour tortilla and lay it flat. Spoon a generous portion of the creamy chicken mixture into the center. Layer fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions on top.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom upwards. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
