Directions
  1. Boil the Lasagna Sheets: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add lasagna sheets and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Brown the Meat: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil, add ground beef and Italian sausage, cooking them for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the Meat: Add onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the meat, stirring well for an additional minute to infuse flavors.
  4. Add the Toppings: Toss in pepperoni and crumbled bacon, add marinara sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until simmering.
  5. Combine with Lasagna Sheets: Fold the cooked lasagna sheets into the skillet until evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Add the Cheese and Bake: Scatter shredded mozzarella over the mixture, bake in oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
