Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Assemble the Tacos: Keep skillet with beef on low. Lay crispy tortillas in the skillet. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture, top with Rotel tomatoes, onions, and shredded cheese.
  4. Melt the Cheese: Cover the skillet and heat for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
