- Combine 1 box of cake mix, ½ cup melted butter, and 1 egg in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.

- In another bowl, mix the condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg, 1 cup chopped pecans, and 1 cup shredded coconut.
- Pour the topping over the warm cookie base and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake again for 24 to 30 minutes until topping is golden brown and center is set.
