Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, then add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then fold in the all-purpose flour until just mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to create the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  6. Spoon the remaining batter over the cinnamon layer and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar on top.
