Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add cold, cubed unsalted butter to the flour mixture and cut in until it resembles coarse crumbs.
