  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Vegan mayo can substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Lemon juice can substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Prepare the dressing by combining basil pesto, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a mason jar. Shake until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, and crispy bacon.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
