  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning Blend garlic, onion, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar, Pepper Jack, etc.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice for brightness
  • 0.25 cup Finely Chopped Cilantro for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add onion and poblano pepper, sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, black beans, and corn. Pour in chicken broth and seasoning blend. Bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and whisk in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted. Allow to simmer and thicken.
  4. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to enhance flavors.
  5. Just before serving, stir in lime juice and adjust seasoning. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
