- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and gently remove the stems. Spray olive oil on the caps and arrange them cap side down on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, Parmesan, and parsley. Fold in crab meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Scoop about 1½ tablespoons of the crab mixture into each mushroom cap, packing slightly without overflowing.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are golden and filling is heated through.
- Switch oven to broil for an additional minute to crisp the tops. Keep a close watch.
