  • 4 oz Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs Parsley, thyme, or rosemary, chopped
  • 1 large Egg For egg wash, optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll and roll out the puff pastry to about a 10x12 inch rectangle.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, and chopped herbs until creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling over the puff pastry, leaving half an inch along the edges.
  5. Sprinkle cranberries over the cream cheese filling.
  6. Starting from the long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and slice into ½-inch pieces.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pinwheels on it.
  8. Brush the tops of each pinwheel with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  10. Allow the pinwheels to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
