Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  2. Sauté the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and minced garlic, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Season and Add Tomato Paste: Season beef with salt and pepper, stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour milk or broth into the skillet, simmer over low heat. Stir in Greek yogurt or cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss drained pasta with sauce. Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce's thickness.
