  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips dark or dairy-free for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt optional but recommended

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by rinsing and thoroughly drying your chickpeas to eliminate excess moisture.
  2. In a food processor, combine the dried chickpeas, oat flour, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add chocolate chips to the blended mixture and pulse a few times to distribute evenly.
  4. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. After chilling, form the dough into bite-sized balls, approximately 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
  6. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth. Let cool slightly before dipping.
  7. Dip each dough ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  8. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to solidify the chocolate coating.
