- In a blender, add the frozen mango chunks, sliced frozen banana, coconut milk, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until creamy. Scrape down sides if necessary.
- Add remaining frozen mango and blend for another 20-30 seconds. Optionally add ice cubes for thicker texture.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, garnished with mango slice or coconut flakes if desired.
