- Start by adding your favorite prepared salsa into a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise and 3/4 cup of milk until smooth and creamy.
- Add the blended salsa to the creamy base along with ranch seasoning and lime juice. Mix until fully combined.
- If the dressing is too thick, gradually stir in more milk, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
