  2. Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and white fish under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Cook the shrimp, scallops, and white fish in the skillet for approximately 3-5 minutes until they turn opaque.
