Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by soaking the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor and tenderness.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. After 30 minutes, remove the shrimp from the buttermilk. Dredge each shrimp in the seasoned flour, dip back into buttermilk, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the coated shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Adjust spice level to preference.
  6. To assemble, lay shredded cabbage on each tortilla, layer with crispy shrimp, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and top with avocado slices.
