Step-by-Step Instructions for Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips
  1. Begin by peeling 2-3 firm, ripe bananas. Slice them into thin rounds, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
  2. While you’re slicing the bananas, set your air fryer to preheat at 330°F (165°C) and lightly spray the basket or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar with a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and stir until well blended.
  4. Add the sliced bananas to the bowl with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and toss gently until all banana rounds are evenly coated.
  5. Carefully arrange the coated banana slices in a single layer in your preheated air fryer basket and air fry for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once golden, remove the chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a wire rack for 5-10 minutes to cool.
