  5. Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C) and warm a baking sheet inside for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer the coated fries in a single layer on the hot baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. For air fryer, preheat to 390°F (200°C) and spray basket. Cook fries in a single layer for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Sprinkle freshly cracked sea salt over fries before serving. Enjoy!
