Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the dough by following the Salt Bread recipe until shaping the dough into rolls. Let them proof for about 30-45 minutes.
  2. Make the filling by mixing cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Once rolls have proofed, lightly spray the tops with water and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes at 400°F (204°C) until golden brown and crispy.
  5. After initial baking, cut a shallow slit in each roll, fill with the crab rangoon mixture, and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
  6. Remove from oven, brush with sweet chili sauce, and sprinkle with sliced green onions for garnish.
