Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the lean ground turkey or chicken, seasoning generously with garlic powder and oregano. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and allow to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni slices, and marinara sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Lay high-protein tortillas flat. Spoon filling into the center, fold sides in, and roll tightly to keep filling secure.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F or oven to 400°F. Brush outside of rolls with olive oil or egg wash.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Monitor closely.
