- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel. Combine baking powder, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, salt, white pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika in a large bowl. Toss wings in seasoning mix. Let marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F). Drizzle olive oil over seasoned chicken wings, ensuring each piece is coated. Arrange wings on wire rack over parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake wings for 50 to 60 minutes. Flip halfway through for even crispiness.
- Prepare hot honey sauce by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add honey, sriracha, crushed red pepper, and sea salt. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
