Crock Pot Birria Tacos Instructions
- Prepare Chilies: Soak the dried chilies in hot water for about 15 minutes until softened.
- Blend Marinade: In a blender, combine soaked chilies, chopped onion, garlic, and tomatoes, then blend until smooth.
