Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken by coating it with olive oil and Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Sear the Chicken in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. Add Vegetables by layering sliced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Incorporate Liquid Ingredients by pouring in diced tomatoes and chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the skillet.
