  • 3 stalks Scallions chopped
For the Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder adjust based on heat preference
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper or white pepper for a subtler flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Bouillon Powder can use vegetable broth instead
  • 1 pinch Thyme or fresh thyme for more flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop onion, mince garlic, and dice the red bell pepper and scallions. Set aside in separate bowls.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it shimmers.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Garlic should be fragrant.
  4. Add diced red bell pepper and chopped scallions, cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Sprinkle in curry powder, black pepper, bouillon powder, thyme, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in cauliflower rice, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes until heated and tender.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary before serving.
