For the Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread the tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, sugar, garlic powder, and a splash of water to reach your desired consistency. Stir well and refrigerate.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it apart while it cooks for about 7-8 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in Worcestershire sauce halfway through cooking.
  4. Wash and chop the red onions, tomatoes, and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Set them aside.
  5. To assemble your Burger Bowls, layer crispy tater tots in each bowl, followed by seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, prepared vegetables, and drizzle with burger sauce.
