- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread the tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, sugar, garlic powder, and a splash of water to reach your desired consistency. Stir well and refrigerate.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it apart while it cooks for about 7-8 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in Worcestershire sauce halfway through cooking.
- Wash and chop the red onions, tomatoes, and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Set them aside.
- To assemble your Burger Bowls, layer crispy tater tots in each bowl, followed by seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, prepared vegetables, and drizzle with burger sauce.
