  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla pure extract
  • 1 large Egg Yolk
  • 2 cups Blueberries fresh or thawed frozen

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar, stirring until creamy. Add baking soda, salt, flour, and quick oats, mixing until crumbly. Reserve half for topping and press remaining half into the baking pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 13 minutes or until lightly golden and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually whisk in sweetened condensed milk, egg yolk, and vanilla until creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust. Top with blueberries and reserved crumble mixture, pressing gently.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and filling is set. Cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Let bars cool completely at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before slicing into squares.
