- In a small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, cocoa powder, salt, and monk fruit sweetener. Stir until smooth and thick.
- If the batter feels too thick, gradually add water until it reaches a stirrable consistency.
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 3-5 minutes, and lightly grease it.
- Pour half of the batter into the waffle maker and sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips. Cook for 2-3 minutes until ready.
- Carefully remove the waffle and place it on a cooling rack. Repeat with the remaining batter and chocolate chips.
