Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients and equipment.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in 1/4 cup of flour for 2 minutes, then gradually add 4 cups of milk, whisking until thickened (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix 2 cups of shredded mozzarella, 1 cup of ricotta, and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan until creamy. Reserve some for topping.
