  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Optional, recommended for richer flavor
  • 1/2 cup Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips For garnishing

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the pan by lining a 9x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving excess for easy removal. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Make the crust by crushing Oreo cookies in a food processor. Melt butter and dark chocolate, mix with crumbs and press into the pan.
  3. Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese until fluffy. Melt chopped dark chocolate with heavy cream in a saucepan.
  4. Combine the chocolate mixture with cream cheese, add optional Baileys or Kahlua and salt, and spread over the crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set. Lift from pan using foil and slice into squares.
