- In a medium saucepan, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly until glossy and smooth.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- In another saucepan, combine granulated sugar, fresh cream, egg yolks, and unsalted butter. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Fold in shredded coconut and chopped walnuts.
- Spoon the coconut-walnut mixture over the chocolate layer. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top and smooth out the surface.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours until set. Lift out from the pan and cut into squares.
