- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk with both white and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Heat over low heat, stirring continuously for about 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour half of the mixture into a separate bowl.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring to the remaining mixture and mix well.
- Pour the red-colored fudge over the uncolored fudge in the prepared pan.
- Use a spatula to spread evenly without completely mixing.
- Use a butter knife to make swirls through the layers.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top, pressing lightly.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
