  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (pureed)
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries (halved)
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl; whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures until just blended, then pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, then let cool in the pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in pureed strawberries.
  6. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into strawberry mixture.
  7. After the cake cools, spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the top, refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Garnish with halved strawberries and optional whipped cream before serving.
