Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cold butter, sugar, and flour until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine caramel sauce and toasted pecans over low heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes. Pour over the baked crust.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Drizzle over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
  5. Let the bars cool at room temperature for 30-45 minutes before cutting into squares.
