  2. Cook the Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add Aromatics: Reduce the heat to medium and stir in minced garlic and fresh ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate Vegetables: Add diced red bell pepper and shredded carrots, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
