  • 1 package Puff Pastry high-quality frozen, made with real butter
For the Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract can substitute with almond extract
For the Blueberry Filling
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries or frozen, drain excess moisture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy but slightly chunky.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 4-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese and blueberry filling in the center of each square and fold the corners to seal.
  6. Transfer the pastries to the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
