  • 0.5 cups Sunflower Seeds can substitute with sliced almonds
  • 1 cups Craisins (Dried Cranberries) or raisins
For the Dressing
  • 1 cups Mayonnaise can use lighter alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Distilled White Vinegar can substitute with apple cider vinegar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Chop raw cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Finely dice red onion.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and craisins. Crumble bacon into the mixture.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, granulated sugar, and vinegar until smooth.
  5. Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra sunflower seeds if desired.
